In-Stock Gift Cards are easy to order every week! When ordered on a regular basis, you will meet your Fundraising Quota in no time!Placing an In-Stock Order:
Complete the In-Stock Order Form found below and send into school with your youngest child or deliver to the Parish Office.
Clearly mark the envelope with your family name, youngest child's name and homeroom number.
Orders can be placed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Orders will be filled and returned with your child the same day.
Please indicate on the top of the order form if you would like your order to be picked up at the School Office. (We encourage adults to pick up large orders at the School Office)
Payment Methods:
For security purposes, the preferred payment method is check or money order made payable to St. Philip PTG. If payment is by cash, the exact amount must be enclosed (change cannot be given).
Large Denomination Orders:
Orders of $200 or more for any single store (except Giant Eagle & Kohl's) must be submitted on a Special Order form with a separate check.
Orders over $3,000, paid by check, are subject to a 10-day processing period without exception.
Backorders:
If gift cards are backordered, you will be notified and the order will be filled within 10 business days.
Important:
Check your order for accuracy. Inaccurate orders will be returned unprocessed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and refunds cannot be made.
St. Philip PTG is not responsible for lost gift cards once completed orders are returned to the school office.
FRQ Credit:
Your FRQ account will be credited the full percentage noted on the Gift Card order form and the on-line order form.
