After Care

  • St. Philip School offers an Extended Day program until 6 PM for all students from Pre-K through Grade 8.  (There is a late fee for students picked up after 6 PM - see Program Costs below.)

     

    To enroll your child to attend the afterschool program on a regular basis - or on a case-by-case basis - please complete the

    Your child may attend:

    • weekly
    • on pre-designated days of the week
    • on occasional days as needed
    • on an impromptu or emergency basis on any given school day as long as you call the school office prior to dismissal on that day. 
     
    Emergency Form
    There must be an updated emergency form for every child in our program.

     

    Program Overview:

    The afterschool program includes the following:

    • 2:30-3:45     Attendance, snack, children may change into play clothes for outdoor or gym play
    • 3:45-4:15     Homework or quiet activities
    • 4:15-5:30     Center activities (ex. computer, games, movie)
    • 5:30:6:00     Cleanup and departures
     
    Program Costs:
    All Pre-K Students:
    Flat rate of $3 per child per hour spent in After School Care plus Late Fees for pick up after 6 PM.*
     
     
     
    All Students in Grades K-8
    1 Child Daily Rate:
    2:30-3:30 PM - $3.00
    2:30-4:00 PM - $6.00
    2:30-6:00 PM - $9.00
    		 2 Children Daily Rate: 
    2:30-3:30 PM - $5.00
    2:30-4:00 PM - $8.00
    2:30-6:00 PM - $13.00
    		 3 or More Children Daily Rate:      
    2:30-3:30 PM - $6.00
    2:30-4:00 PM - $10.00
    2:30-6:00 PM - $14.00
     
     
     
    *Late Fee is $10 for every 15 minutes after 6:00 PM
    6:00-6:15 PM - $10 extra in addition to the daily rate
    6:15-6:30 PM - $20 extra in addition to the daily rate
     
    The After School Program will NOT be open on legal holidays or All-day teacher inservice meetings. We will follow the St Philip School calendar
